Non stick Silform molds are especially designed for sub rolls, baguettes, they can be placed on any straight edged tray, preferably perforated aluminum.

Various channel widths and number of channels makes these forms versatile From the makers of Silpat, these non-stick forms make bread baking easier and better. The forms are made of silicon coated mesh. They are non-stick, perforated for better heat flow, and retain their shape permanently.

Can go directly from freezer to oven (up to 550° F). Should be placed on a sheet pan, preferably perforated, when baking. Fits in standard U.S. sheet pan. Dimensions: 17.5 x 25. NSF approved Flexipan®, Flexipat®, Silform®... Made of w oven glass fabric , impregnated and coated with f ood grade silicone .

Reusable between 2000 and 3000 times. Heat resistant from -40º to +580ºF. No greasing necessary. Clean with a sponge. .... Resists freezing, heating, high humidity, fermentation, yeast and salt. Excellent heat conductive material. Black anodised for better heat absorption. Use for controlled fermentation chamber and freezing chambers. Easy to store due to its stackability. No retreatment needed, only slight and regular greasing. 

 Silform sub is pre-formed and gives total flexibility. Provides the best possible use of trays and racks in the bakery. This nonstick bread form is ideal to bake your hoagies for sub sandwiches.
