Portable stainless steel mini-guitar provides soft and smooth cutting consistency, such as with foie gras, smooth pates, soft fruits, butter, boiled eggs, etc.
Quick and easy to use, the guitar is safe and easily cleaned for improved hygiene. It is portable and has optimum stability with its suction cupped feet.
The cutting block can be removed easily, without tools and it is quite portable.
The machine is made of polypropylene and stainless steel.
The stainless cutting wires are 0.4mm in diameter and are replaceable.
