Roul’pat - non-stick and non-slip work surface:

This mat is made of woven silicone and is rubberized on both sides.

The side with the markings is for working the dough, the other side will give the nonskid effect needed to roll the dough.

Roul'pat is ideal for mixing and rolling dough, like puff pastry dough, beating like savarin dough, or creating forms or decorations with chocolate, sugar and nougatine.

Product Description

Roul’Pat® is a non-stick countertop workstation mat. This silicone mat is similar in design to a SILPAT®, but it has a specially formulated backside design, which prevents it from slipping or moving around on countertops and work surfaces.

Roul’Pat® is ideal for rolling and kneading dough. It is perfect for working with sugar art, chocolate, fondant, caramel and candy. Clean up is a snap.

Roul’Pat® can also be a work surface mat for craft projects. Since nothing sticks to it, Roul’Pat® is great for use with glue, permanent markers and other messy craft projects

1. Rinse before first use.
2. Place the Roul’Pat® on the table or countertop.
3. Roll or knead the dough, modeling clay, etc. A small amount of flour may be used.

• Wipe the Roul’Pat® with a damp, soft sponge, then rinse with clean water.
• Shake to remove excess water and dry in open air.
• A weak solution of detergent or soap may be used if needed.
• Note: the oily feeling after washing is normal, as is discoloration. Strong flavored foods may leave a trace of their scent on the Roul’Pat®.

• Do not use knives, scrapers, brushes or cutters on the Roul’Pat®.
• Do not cut on the Roul’Pat®.
• Do not fold the Roul’Pat®.
• Do not grease the Roul’Pat®.
• Never use a cut or torn Roul’Pat®.
• Please avoid the use of automatic dishwashers as they may harm the Roul’Pat®.

Roul’Pat® conforms to FDA regulations and is Kosher certified.
