This is a warehouse operation which can only ship by courier services - we do not have access to the USPS

Yes, we ship to Canada - use the shipping calculator once a product is added to cart.

Shipments are made using FedEx, UPS and in some cases truck transport. We prefer FedEx and use their calculator for shipment calculations.

Orders must be received before 12 pm EST for expedited orders to leave the same business day (Monday - Friday)

Regular ground shipments can take from 1 - 6 business days to be shipped from the Matfer warehouse. 

Shipping includes: Insurance, Residential Delivery and Indirect Signature Required charges paid to the carrier.

1) What shipping options do you offer?

If you are in the United States, we will ship to you via FedEx service. We offer the following services:

United States Orders:

"FedEx Ground" - shipping transit times map is available - bottom of this page or in the shipping calculator area once an item is added to cart.

"FedEx Express Saver" (3 business days Inside the 48 Contiguous States) 
"FedEx 2 Day" 
"FedEx Standard Overnight"

This is a warehouse operation which can only ship by courier services - we do not have access to the USPS

Orders must be received before 12 pm EST for expedited orders to leave the same day

International Orders (Canada):

The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage due to either the carrier or country/region of delivery.

"FedEx Ground" (4-12 business days)
"FedEx International Economy" (2-4 business days)

2) I placed my order for “FedEx Overnight Delivery”. Will I receive it on the next day?

If you placed an order for “FedEx Overnight Delivery” during the work week (Monday – Thursday) before 2:00 PM Eastern time, then you will receive your order the next day.

If you place your order on Friday for “FedEx Overnight Delivery”, then your order will be shipped on Friday, but will be delivered on the next business day - Monday.

If there is a holiday, then that day should be taken into account. FedEx will deliver on a Saturday, but you must call this request in to us. There will be an extra fee for this premium service. FedEx does not deliver on Sunday.

3) Can I get my package on a Saturday?

Yes, you must place your order before 2:00 PM Eastern time on Friday AND you must notify us by calling our Toll Free number (800-305-5415). There will be an additional charge applied to your order for this service.

4) Do you ship to Post Office boxes?

No. We use FedEx for the majority of our shipments. They require a physical address to deliver to.

5) What if I know I won’t be home when FedEx tries to deliver. Will they leave it at the door?

No, all of our FedEx deliveries are signature required, FedEx will leave delivery attempt notifications, if not delivered the order will be available at the FedEx depot shown on the delivery attempt notification.. If returned undeliverable, a further reshipment charge will be required to be paid.

6) Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Yes. We send a tracking number email for every order we ship via FedEx. If you placed an order and requested FedEx service (Domestic or International) you will receive an email to the email address you provided us when you placed the order.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you placed an order to be delivered by FedEx and you have not received an email with a tracking number, it may be because of “Spam Blocking”. Unfortunately these “Spam Blockers” may see our tracking confirmation email as Spam. We have no control over your Internet Service Provider and the way they stop Spam.

If you have not received a tracking number for your FedEx shipment, please email CulinaryCookware and will provide it to you.

7.) International Shipping excluding Canada

Due to distribution and dealer networks, we are restricted to shipping orders within Canada. the United States Central and South America only. The allowed countries are shown when using the shipping calculator once an item is added to Cart

8.) Overstock and Clearance Center Items Specific Shipping Statement

Please note that Expedited Shipping is not available with these items - they are shipped separately from your regular catalog purchases and a 2-4 day processing of these ordered items is required - there are no additional shipping charges if these items are ordered in conjunction with your regular catalog order. These items are only available to ship to contiguous USA addresses.

9.) Legal Statements and Cancellation Policy

DELIVERY

Place and delay

The delivery of our products is carried by our partner carriers in all countries served. The products are delivered at the address of delivery indicated by the customer on his/her order form. If the customer is absent, a delivery notification from the carrier will be placed in the mailbox and will invite the customer to get in touch with the carrier to arrange a later delivery of the parcel or to pick it up at the nearest office.

Delivery by the Courier services:

The parcels are delivered between 3 and 10 days for any order made before 2 pm Eastern Standard, on the condition that the products are available.
The possible delays shall not grant the customer the right to claim CulinaryCookware for damages. In all cases, delivery on time can occur only if the buyer is up to date in his obligations towards the seller. 
It is agreed to consider as events of "Force Majeure" relieving CulinaryCookware from its delivery liabilities: wars, riots, fires, strikes, accidents, and the impossibilities to be supplied or any other causes that are not under the control of the seller.

Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled in writing either by email CulinaryCookware.

Orders that have already been shipped may not be canceled.

Refusal of shipped orders or return of shipped orders for any reason will be subject to the RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We do not have facility to ship to APO's
