    Non stick Silform molds are especially designed for sub rolls, baguettes, they can be placed on any straight edged tray, preferably perforated aluminum.

    Various channel widths and number of channels makes these forms versatile From the makers of Silpat, these non-stick forms make bread baking easier and better. The forms are made of silicon coated mesh. They are non-stick, perforated for better heat flow, and retain their shape permanently.

    Can go directly from freezer to oven (up to 550° F). Should be placed on a sheet pan, preferably perforated, when baking. Fits in standard U.S. sheet pan. Dimensions: 17.5 x 25.
